Daycare Initiative
Built From The People Who Raised Us.
My connection to daycares is personal, not professional.
My mother supported our household by running a home daycare when I was about seven years old. My aunt Margarita and aunt Sandra also ran their own daycares.
I grew up surrounded by hardworking women who kept families stable through childcare.
That experience shaped everything I believe about this industry.
Daycares are essential infrastructure for working families.
That’s why we started this initiative—to help home daycares stay competitive with modern tools.
Our first subsidized partner was KidsTime Family Daycare.
They were in a difficult position due to construction affecting their second-floor unit.
Instead of charging the full $2,200, we waived 6 months of maintenance and reduced $930 of project cost.
The goal wasn’t pricing—it was stability during a hard moment.
This is just the beginning of building a model that supports small community-based daycares.
Our Mission
“To empower home daycares with the technology, tools, and support they need to stay stable, competitive, and independent—so they can focus on what matters most: caring for children and strengthening families.”
Home daycares are the quiet backbone of working communities. They operate with limited resources, rising costs, and very little technical support—yet they continue to show up every day for families who depend on them.
Our mission is to close that gap by giving small childcare providers access to modern systems that improve communication, streamline operations, and reduce unnecessary strain— without pricing them out of the tools they need.

Frequently Asked Questions
Questions Daycare Providers Ask Most.
Transparency matters. Here are answers to common questions about the Daycare Initiative and how we support home-based childcare providers.
Is there a catch? +
No hidden fees or restrictive contracts. The initiative is designed to help home daycares access modern tools that improve stability and day-to-day operations.
Do I own my system and data? +
Yes. Daycare providers retain full ownership of their digital presence and any data related to their families and operations.
Do parents interact directly with me or through a platform? +
The system is designed to strengthen direct communication between providers and parents, not replace or control it.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract? +
No. The initiative avoids restrictive long-term agreements so providers can remain flexible as their needs change.
Who qualifies for the initiative? +
Independent home daycares and small childcare providers are encouraged to apply. We prioritize providers serving working families in local communities.
Is this only for new daycares? +
No. Both new and established home daycares can benefit from the program, especially those looking to improve operations or stabilize during transitions.
How do I apply or get started? +
You can apply through the initiative website. Once submitted, we review each daycare individually and follow up with next steps based on need and fit.
